Hank

Inspiration

My inspiration was when Morgan & Morgan stated the issue they have with not having enough people to deal with the volume of calls they get at a time. So I decided to make hank so that in critical situations people can put in vital information to better help the user and the staff at Morgan & Morgan.

What it does

Hank will ask you to state your emergency. and the user will respond stating the emergency. Hank will then respond with follow up questions to gather more information from the user. for example location/severity to define the matter at hand

How I built it

I built Hank using a software named Kommunicate to build the conversation logic and actual chat bot. and I just plugged this all into react.js to make it a executable.

Challenges I ran into

I ran into issues implementing the bot into react and creating the logic for the bot. Also implementing AI was an issue because with out the proper parameters it was going to be no different than chatgpt.

Accomplishments that I am proud of

I am proud of that I have a working product that I think can serve a use. I am also proud of the fact that I did this on my own.

What we learned

I learned how to make a bot and make a bots logic.

What's next for Hank

Definitely want to input AI properly in a matter that helps further the product.
