Inspiration
The inspiration to make this project is that we wanted to make something that is fun and can be done on discord.
What it does
It runs the hangman game where it pops up the image of the hanged man.
How we built it
We built it using python and discord.py which allows us to make a discord bot. We used vscode's liveshare for coding it.
Challenges we ran into
The challenges we encountered are the bugs and malfunctions because this is the first time using python for coding for most of us and we do not know the commands for discord.py. We struggled to search how to get the inputs from the discord chatbox because we tried every piece of advice we find and nothing worked.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
It would be the starting command and printing functionality because it works when we put the command in.
What we learned
We learned how to use python a little bit and make the discord bot for it.
What's next for Hangman discord bot
After this, we may try to make it work by debugging more.
