Math is something it has always been hard for me to visualize. So being able to stretch and expand graphs with our hands seemed like a lot of fun!
Hands-on-math is a web app which allows any user with a Leap Motion device to draw graphs in the air with their hands and view the resultant function on their computer screen. Like a graphing calculator in the air!
We built it using the Leap Motion controller and javascript library and the Wolfram Alpha API to handle mathematical computations on the backend, and we're really excited to see where it may go.
