1. What does the Skill do?

Handoff Check compares a project brief with a selected delivery folder and produces a source-linked checklist of covered requirements, missing evidence, conflicting versions and inspection gaps.

2. Who is it for?

Freelancers and small studios preparing a client handoff. Files labeled final can hide missing deliverables or conflicting approval notes.

3. What is the proposed solution?

A bounded review of one selected brief and delivery folder, with at most 30 files total including the brief. Each finding carries the actual source and excerpt. Originals stay untouched.

4. What is the core user flow?

Select the brief and folder; inspect a bounded inventory; compare requirements with readable content; review blockers and citations; optionally save a new report after approval.

5. What is different?

The result is a requirement-to-evidence matrix, not a generic folder summary. It separates absence, conflict and unreadable content, and never treats a filename or modified time as approval.

6. Which NAS capabilities are used?

ug-filesystem inventories selected files through file-agent. ug-document inspects and compares evidence through document-agent. ug-knowledge saves the reviewed report through knowledge-agent only when requested.

7. What is the technical approach?

The Markdown parent orchestrates registered experts with delegate. It uses cataloged reads and workflow-approved save-text, with no custom runtime. The available local NAS model handles content. No cloud service, public share or external export is required.

8. What is the current status?

The initial SKILL.md and three linked references are implemented. The supplied checker reports static-pass with zero errors and warnings on these four files. This checks package rules; NAS installation, runtime behavior and evidence fidelity remain unvalidated.

9. How will it be validated?

Core cases: a clear brief with a missing README; incompatible approval notes despite misleading filenames. Edge case: an unreadable asset or over-limit inventory. Verify citations, scope boundaries, cancellation and optional save evidence on the assigned NAS.

10. What are the limitations?

This compares inspected evidence; it does not test delivered products, determine legal precedence, verify licenses or certify client acceptance. Unsupported formats, partial access and uncertain expert availability must remain visible. NAS testing depends on finalist selection.
