Outline The wearable device is receiving the attention due to the development of the wireless communications and portable device. But the wearable market is beginning step now. That is comprised with the basic functions checking the user's health, schedule and etc. In these situations, this is the time required for new application which can take portability and performance. This application has been made for the purpose of easy and fun way of data interchange between users.
Application : One touch file transfer system using the Gear 2 when two users of Gear2 take the same gestures at the same time, application which is running in the background of smart phone transmits the data to each other.
Contents of Development : Gear2 I developed this application based on the Tizen SDK and comprised the simple User Interface for the user convenience. Gear2 transmit the Key value to Smart Phone through the Bluetooth communication when it cognize the gesture. This Key is used when a channel which can transmit data is created.
Contents of Development : Smart Phone I developed this application based on the Android SDK. Key transmitted from Gear2 generate a channel which can transmit data between Smart Phone. I used the Samsung Mobile Chord SDK for development of the communication protocol. The application which executing in the background transmit data to each other.
summary I can exchange data with an opponent in same channel through simple gesture using this application. Currently, when I take the same gesture using the Gear2 with opponent, his phone number is automatically stored in the Address Book of my Smart Phone. This is a innovative applications which can transmit data to other people without using of Smart Phone.
