  • Enable pilgrims to use electronic payment without need to have smart phones or credit cards
  • Safe platforms for service providers to receive payments with appealing incentive system to encourage providers to adapt it
  • Enable Pilgrims to concentrate on doing Hajj activities without worrying on losing their cash money

What it does

  • Allow hajj to topup money at his country, and then pay with it, using bracelet, face recognition
  • Create Virtual account in Saudi to be created for each pilgrims that his mission opted to HajjWallet program

How we built it

Screen design using Adobe XD Transactions are kept at hyper ledger block chain Simple web application to on board pilgrims, balance recharge, transactions history, process payments

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • 1. Developed a complete business model that can satisfy Hajj and service provider needs, and in same time allow program to make profit
  • 2- Implemented a simple block chain model that supports basic transactions.
  • 3- Came with an applicable business model to onboard pilgrims in systems without violating financial regulations and in same time work with the facts that most pilgrims don't have bank accounts

  • Import data automatically from government sources to onboard all pilgrims with their bio-metric properties
  • Gamification to encourage service providers to use app
  • Allow service providers to publish offers to pilgrims
  • Develop data models from transaction data that can benefit other businesses
