Conversational forms: is an interface that allows you to command the computer with a conversation. It mimics human-to-human conversations.
Communication serves five primary purposes: to inform, to express feelings, to imagine, to influence, and to meet social expectations.

What it does
1- HajjBase will enable the user to create the best hajj package for him. from buying tickets, hotels, room, food, Zamzam water, and Sacrifices from his original country without the need to take any cash with him.
2- 1000 SAR to 5000 SAR packages are available to charge your account ( the Hajj can use his QR code in the wristband to pay for his extra gift.
3- For a store to join the program he has to create a profile in Hajjbase // open the PWA form his mobile and scan the hajj QR code after putting the price of goods he is charging.
4- The Hajj family can send money to their father (using visa card, from any western union using their API)
5- When the Hajj is back to his country he collects what's left into his bank account or any western union.
6- You can buy products from hajjbase taxes free and get them after your trip in the airport
How I built it
Improving the UX of Hajj packages was easy // the UI interaction of Typeform ispired me to created a fantastic solution using recact to filter packets in a friendly way with a conversational style of communication.
I used Babelmal ( A payment gateway I built that accept all kind of payments (visa, crypto).
The hajj wallet will have, his pre-purchased items; he only needs to scan his QR code to get what he bought, without any payment transactions. ( even if the shop does not have internet / after he connects PWA will sync the information with the cloud.
Challenges I ran into.
- Acceptance of the solution between Hojjaj.
- A solution that will work for any hajj without using his phone.
- Money transfer between countries.
- DialogFlow does not support arabic

What I learned
- Select a target market between hojjaj ( some of them accept using new tech, and others are so simple and hajj is the first time they travel
What's next for Hajjbase
- Test the application on a sample target market in the hajj ( Europe, US and Jordan Hojjaj )
- Pilot the program with couple of stores in Makkah
- Special taxies that accept payments using these QR bands
Future plans
- Create a store like amazon go in Makkah ( people will go into the store scan their qr code ) - pick what they want and leave the supermarket without paying ( all payment will be automatically done in the cloud )
