Ensure that elderly, @risk people are aware of help
How I built it
I didn't, I hope I don't embarrasse myself. To reach out to those who need help, with shopping or other services, especially outside of the cities. Send flyers via post office, with a number where people can register for help by phone. Help in 4 Categories: shopping, personal assistance (doctor visit), pen pal, register as helper. Put Helper and helpe in contact with each other.
