Hafilati (حافلتي)

Transportation is one of the problems that make pilgrims management more difficult and causes a lot of troubles either to pilgrims themselves or group managers coming with them from their countries. Among these problems, we put emphasis on the remarkable ones. We can mention the following:

Managers need us

Crowd managing difficulties in hotels and holy places ( a lot of persons, wasting time, bus managing, gathering pilgrims)
Checking identities in buses which takes a lot of time. It’s because of the huge number of pilgrims and the absence of available system to ensure an optimal and efficient verification of presence of all pilgrims is their affected buses.

Pilgrims need us

Loss of pilgrims and missing joining their buses.
Lack of assistance and latency (Q&A, recommendation system related to weather precautions, forgetting appointments).

In order to solve these challenges, we came with an innovative solution based on new and fresh technologies “Hafilati (حافلتي)”. Hafilati (حافلتي) is a system composed of 3 applications working together (Hafilati Morshid, Hafilati Haj, Hafilati Admin) intended for pilgrims and crowd managers as well.

Hafilati Admin

A web application dashboard intended to travel agencies, it allows to split pilgrims into groups and affect them to buses by subscribing them in the system and insure an optimal repartition of buses. Each pilgrims will be provided with a badge containing a QR code to identify them. The platform permit also to send recommendation to pilgrims (Hafilati Haj application) related to weather precautions (drink water, stay under shadow, …) and reminders about time buses. The platform is mine of data, ie the gathered data (number of buses, number of pilgrims, loss, …) can be used and processed using ML technics in order to make predictions and take decisions.

Hafilati Morshid

A mobile application destined to Guides, it allows them to check the identity of the pilgrims in the buses and ensure that they are permitted to enter by scanning a QR code of each pilgrim, also it reduces the number of lost pilgrims by using notifications and localization system, the guide sends a notification before each trip to pilgrims of his group to remember them to join the bus, also he sends another notification to whose are late, and he uses a localization to find a pilgrims whose don't joined the trip. The application contains a statistic part related to each trip.

Hafilati Hajj

Mobile application intended to pilgrims. It allows them to receive notifications as reminders before and after the scheduled trip in the associated bus and as precautions regarding to the weather issues. It’s not the only thing!! We want to go far with our solution. The application is equipped with a smart Multilanguage assistant Chatbot based on Natural Language Processing (NLP). It allows also tracking of pilgrims by only their guide responsible. This application makes thing more easier to the guide by dispensing him from some tasks and make others easier
