At a hackathon, teams of individuals from a community or company join together to either solve a particular issue or innovate on a key topic. These competitions typically have a time limit and a proof of concept or working plan to provide. With awards awarded at the conclusion for the best ideas or presentations, competitions are a common component of hackathons. Hackathons are known for concentrating on programming, however the idea can be used in almost any industry. Hackathons typically come in one of three flavours: Internal hackathons, also known as corporate hackathons, are organised by a company for its internal teams. They are frequently set up to create novel products or find inventive solutions to issues. On them, we'll concentrate in this blog. Competition is frequently organised as a networking opportunity and a friendly competition by a community group, such as a group of programmers. Sponsored hackathons are those held by an organisation for outside participants and are typically held for marketing goals, to find new talent, or to solve problems.
