RésuMaker

RésuMaker is an interactive resume building application written in Java to help in the stressful job application process. This app is designed with university students and new graduates in mind, to quickly optimize resumes to best prepare them for their future careers. RésuMaker is built to be lightweight, scalable, and open-source.

Installation Instructions

1. Clone the repo
2. mvn package
3. java -jar target\resume-1.0-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar

Java sdk with javafx is required.

Usage Instructions

Check sections in the Section tab to remove sections that you do not want

Edit your Career Objective blurb in the Career Objective tab

Have a list of entries for Education, Work Experience, and Personal Projects

For each entry customize the title, position, location, start date, end date, and details points

Check off entries that you want to have included in your resume!
