What It Does

Automatic Data Processing: Users simply upload their CSV file. AutoBI.ai automatically detects column types, cleans and preprocesses the data, and even manages duplicates with customizable aggregation strategies.
Smart Model Training: The system trains multiple machine learning models on the data, compares their accuracy and performance, and selects the best one—all autonomously.
Instant Predictions & Downloads: Users can test the best model in real time on the website and download the trained model for future use.
Future Forecasting: Select columns can be forecasted using advanced techniques (ARIMA, LSTM, GRU) for time-series analysis.
Conversational AI: Users can interact with an AI assistant that answers questions about their data, provides insights, and even suggests business decisions based on the analysis.
Text-to-SQL & Natural Language Queries: Ask about your data in plain English—the AI translates your questions into SQL queries and returns answers with charts right in the chat.
AI-Generated Dashboards: Two dashboards are produced: one tailored to the user’s prompts, and another with general business intelligence KPIs and visualizations, all generated on the fly.

How We Built It

Building AutoBI.ai involved weaving together the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and web development:

Backend Intelligence: We leveraged powerful Python libraries (such as pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels) for data preprocessing, model training, and forecasting. Deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow power the advanced LSTM and GRU models.
AutoML Pipeline: An automated pipeline detects data types, performs cleaning, handles missing values, selects features, and compares top-performing models using rigorous scoring metrics allowing user to do real time testing and download the model.
Dynamic Dashboards: Using Plotly, and interactive and downloadable advanced chart generation libraries, we created dashboards that are both visually stunning and deeply informative.
Conversational AI: Natural language processing (NLP) models enable the AI assistant to understand user questions, translate them to SQL, and provide both textual and visual responses.
Cloud Architecture: The platform is designed for scalability, allowing multiple users to upload and process large datasets simultaneously with rapid response times.
User-Centric Design: The web interface is intuitive and friendly, lowering the barrier for non-technical users while offering deep insights for power users.

Challenges We Ran Into

Building something as dynamic and user-friendly as AutoBI.ai was no small feat:
