In recent times, there has been an increasing visibility of situations involving police interactions where police are held unaccountable to their actions, or one side of the interaction may not know how to act under stressful situations. We hope to help both help prevent accidental situations and create a system of accountability for those intentionally abusing their power, facilitate communication in tense situations, and to supply information during such situations.
