Inspiration
At this hackathon, I found it extremely difficult to find people to meet with and make projects with. Most people seemed to have formed teams before coming, which made me feel left out and alone. Nevertheless, I made this project to avoid other people like me from being excluded.
What it does
This app surveys the user in a user friendly way and finds matching and relevant teammates to your skill set.
How we built it
This app was built using Expo and React-Native for Android Phones in primary, but also works on web with a few quirks.
Challenges we ran into
Lots of design and implementation errors took a long time to resolve, but was completed nonetheless.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I am proud of being able to submit a mostly functioning app by myself at a Hackathon where I felt left out.

What's next for HackMatch
Use AI to find good matches between teammates and refine the back end of the program to allow multiple users to connect.
