We have designed the user friendly application which caters all the solutions to the problem that KDSP mentioned. We have created 3 types of users 1st is the Representative of KDSP who is responsible to manage the patients data and their appointments. And 2nd user is the Therapist. Who will manage his schedule as per his availability. 3rd is the Admin user who will have access of whole application. Admin will have all rights of add/view/update the data. We have designed the patient form through which the support representative will gather the info of patient. After adding the details the patient will go in the ECI waiting list which will be shown on ECI representative account. He can also view the Therapists schedule through which it will be helpful for him while scheduling patient sessions. Therapist have only access to view his appointments, view his schedule and add/edit his schedule. Admin will have the access to create a new user, view/edit/delete the user/patient data. View/edit/delete the schedules. And manage the types of users, payments and therapy departments. For the cancellation of the appointment the notification will be generated to the respective users. For example if the patient cancel the appointment so when ECI representative will update the schedule the notification will be generated to respective therapist. And payments will be adjusted accordingly.
