We developed an app that scans users e-mail inboxes. Each e-mail is analyzed with machine learning algorithms to come up with personalized insurance recommendations. For example, when I book a flight and get a e-mail receipt, the app will generate a travel insurance package for the trip. Simple insurances (e.g. travel cancellation) can be bought directly in the app, more complex insurances (e.g. occupation disability) generate a lead for a Zurich broker.
