Objective: HALC: Health and lifestyle companion. We have accomplished the objective of creating a web based and android based platform for patients to share their real time vital stats with doctors. User can even track the health of his family members.User can track his and his family members health stats at any moment. In case of any uncertainity, he can ask for an advice from a doctor and

Dream: We dream of a stress free life, where he is free from routine checkups. Use of predictive based algorithms to serve the purpose of 'prevention better than cure'.

Future plan: Scalability is the one of issue, we will work upon. creating the backend service for organizations such as Practo to help patients submit their data to doctors and taking advice.
