I’ve worked in the restaurant for many years and have noticed that there has not been a lot of technical advancement terms of inventory management. This app will create a warning for kitchen staff to be aware of any potential health code violations. In the restaurant, there is a specific food hierarchy that must be followed, specifically that raw chicken must always be placed on the bottom level of the fridge. Beef Over Chicken will immediately notify the staff of any incorrect placement in this hierarchy to prevent contamination and potential health code violations. There is also a temperature and humidity sensor that will warn the staff if a fridge fails and needs to be repaired.
