Inspiration

As a student, we are always looking for ways to save money - even that few dollars help. So naturally, we like to check out all our options before spending $150 on a fridge. Similarly, I was trying to look for a fridge and found myself having to go to multiple browsers to find the cheapest one and figured, why not integrate all of these websites into one?

What it does

Allows you to switch between websites within your phone to compare details of items you want to buy.

How I built it

Using swift on XCode.

Challenges I ran into

Figuring out the medium to use (iOS, expo, android) and the way to display the data.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Managing to make a multiview application that's useful and works.

What I learned

It's natural to take time.

What's next for HackCompare

Integrating all the searches into one search button.
