Many a times we ignore simple medical issues which we are facing in a day.
These issues could be as little as itching, rashes or mild pain in limbs 
or organs.

Chances are that these issues are symptoms of something larger. These 
issues point towards a oncoming major disease which can affect you adversely

example : constant back pain over an extended period of time "along with" 
weakness and inabilty of movement can point towards "Spondilitis"
OR
constant coughing over 2 weeks with traces of blood is a major pointer of
Tuberculosis

SO WHY DO WE HAVE TO IGNORE THESE LITTLE SYMPTOMS? WHY NOT TAKE THE SIGNS 
OF THESE DAY TO DAY ISSUES AND PREDICT THE ONCOMING DISEASE?

Our app works on this issue to identify day to day little issues and 
predict the oncoming of a major disease.

This app ASKS the user about their day and the medical issues they faced
during the day
They MAY or MAY NOT have faced any issue but the data is fed into the app

using NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING keywords are extracted from the statement
and these extracted keywords are fed into a MACHINE LEARNING algorithm which 
classifies the keywords accordingly

These keywords are tracked everyday and are connected to their respective 
diseases. Sometimes different diseases have similar symptoms but the classifier
is smart enough to recognize patterns and specific symptoms.

After recognizing the trends the app predicts an imminent disease and sends a
notification to the prescribed doctor of the person. After that the doctor 
takes the responsibilty of looking further into the matter
