Part of the CO2 production is linked to our consumption which is global: we import almost everything that is on our table today!

Solution

In order to encourage more local consumption, let's give more visibility to the farmers so that they can more easily sell their production directly to consumers in order to limit the middlemen, have a fairer system and limit the food waste induced by the number of middlemen.
