Procurator

Procurator represents better hacks for everyone. GunnHacks was an amazing experience; we learned new skills, came up with original ideas, and connected with new people. However, no event is without flaw. There were many grievances and minor annoyances with GunnHacks - or any hackathon in general - that could have been prevented by a more centralized blueprint (for example, the trip to the library). Procurator is the solution : it offers a way of facilitating hosting of hackathons by organizing various information in one server and taking care of menial tasks such as sending emails to attendees. With Procurator, not only hosts but also attendees will have a more memorable time at hackathons.
