The purpose of this web application is to optimize the user's personal/professional agenda based on deadlines, average time to complete each task, amount of time available until the next deadline, as well as system ranked priorty rankings based on the potential risks for not completing a task (on time or at all) compared to finishing a task early or just before its deadline. The result of which will be used to return the user's customized schedule.

  1. Collect each task from the user

    a. Deadlines

    b. Average time to completion

    c. Record the user's sleep times

  2. Note possible conflicts in the user's schedule

    a. Alert when there is a conflict

  3. Assign priority rank based on risk vs reward
