Inspiration
The reason for creation is there : There are a lot of apps out there to track terrestrials animals. Therefore we decided to focus on ocean animals in our application. This makes it possible to have all informations out there about ocean diversity in one place. This would create a better environement for scientist and citizens.
What it does
It tracks ocean species and provide plateform to visualize all data resources as well as place for user to upload their own pictures. By using ML algorithm on those images we are able to classify them and use this additional data as a usefull recourse for our maps. By closely involving users we are conviced that there will be more awereness of the ocean biodiversity.

Challenges we ran into
Mergin conflicts on github, we lost a member on the second day, the second day we acknoledged that Microsoft already did implement our solution so we had to brainstorm again to make it better.
