I've received an internship or job offer before, and I've always heard of negotiating an offer as a thing that people (mostly men) do, but it seemed daunting and honestly, pretty scary! I created a swift iOS app, using Hacking with Swift tutorials, and theoretically json files and the Microsoft Virtual Agents web app for a chat bot, to allow women and girls to find resources for negotiating, motivation to do so, and a bot to practice with!
