Inspiration
Our inspiration for this program was to create a simple, accessible tool for young female students to explore various career fields in the STEM space.
What it does
Our object oriented code runs with eclipse to produce a simple personality quiz. Based on a number average, participants answer questions about their likes, dislikes, and hobbies, and are then matched up with a potential STEM career. Based on their answer, they are also given two resources to learn more.
How I built it
We built this personality quiz using Java and running on Eclipse. We utilized object-oriented code models to make a modular and user-friendly code.

We ran into challenges with accepting input, and utilizing Java scanners,
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I am proud of how we worked so quickly! In just 24 hours we produced usable, runnable code that does something for the greater good.
What I learned
We learned how to work under pressure, work in teams, and sparked our creativity.
What's next for Hack Violet 2022
I would love to continue doing projects to inspire more women to get into STEM fields and am excited to produce a larger, more comprehensive project!
