Inspiration
I was motivated by the challenges small business owners face when trying to adapt to digital tools. Many have great ideas but struggle with the tech side. That’s where SensAi comes in—I wanted to help them gain the digital skills they need to grow.
What it does
SensAi is a platform designed to provide personalized digital training for small businesses. It uses AI to assess individual skill gaps and bottlenecks in business and recommends tools and courses that fit their needs. We also offer video chat support, so business owners can chat in real time to get their problems and AI will craft specific courses on the go for you
Challenges we ran into
One of the main challenges was to plan the pipeline and the second one would be finding the data to fine-tune the model api to give specific instructions and make good courses. We also have to think about how to make the chat feature seamless and easy to use and talk to !
What we learned
Throughout this process, I realized how crucial user feedback is. Talking to potential users helped us identify their pain points and adjust our approach. I also learned that working as a team brings out the best ideas.
What's next
Looking ahead, we want to add more specific courses tailored to different industries. We’re also focused on reaching out to underserved communities to ensure that every small business can access the digital skills they need. There’s a lot of work to do, and I’m excited about what’s next for SensAi!
