Most of us played Tank Battalion or a clone on old TV consoles. It was cool, wasn't it?

What it does

It allows you to shoot things on a small spherical world with a tank. Those things can be Buildings, Trees, Enemy Tanks, Allied Tanks, AI Tanks and... you.

How we built it

We started with the Tanks! demo. We put a ball in the sky and slapped a gravity script to it. Then we gave the tanks mass scripts and everything started flying into place.

Challenges we ran into

"Y" freeze. Because tanks would never have to go up or down. Use relative rotation. I really have no clue why.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Tanks riding on a sphere's surface around randomly positioned buildings.

What we learned

With the right amount of explosive force, things can fly off into space...

What's next for Hack-a-Tank

Donut shaped Planets?
