Millions of patients face an unnecessary obstacle before they even see a doctor: completing complicated medical intake forms, often in a language they don't fully understand.

For older adults and Spanish-speaking communities, this can mean relying on family members or clinic staff for help with basic paperwork.

Habla makes patient intake as easy as having a conversation.

Patients scan their clinic's QR code, tap one large button, and answer simple questions naturally in Spanish or English. Habla guides them through the intake process, organizes their answers, lets them review and correct information, and generates a completed English-language PDF for the clinic.

Designed specifically with older adults in mind, Habla replaces intimidating forms with a minimalist, voice-first experience featuring large text, simple navigation, and accessible controls.

For patients, Habla promotes independence and accessibility. For clinics, it offers a practical way to simplify intake and potentially reduce paperwork and manual transcription.
