People are suffering globally due to the scarcity of clothing, and this issue is particularly pronounced in regions like Turkey-Syria, where the weather is cold and harsh. Unfortunately, the children in these areas lack suitable clothing to endure these conditions. Although the Turkish embassy initially requested warm clothes and other items for these suffering victims, the collection had to be paused due to the overwhelming volume of donations that could not be processed in a timely manner. To address this challenge, we propose the implementation of an AI solution that can efficiently sort clothes based on their type. By reducing the manpower required for sorting, this technology would enable a faster and more streamlined process, ensuring that the donated clothing reaches those in need promptly, especially considering the urgent weather conditions in Turkey-Syria.

The AI can be integrated into a robot with a camera. The camera can scan the clothes, allowing the AI to sort the clothes based on the picture. This would then auto-sort the clothes based on category as well as dispose clothes which have defects. This speeds up the sorting process and decreases the manpower required, allowing victims to receive their clothing faster.
