Inspiration
Our group was inspired to create this website because we want to counteract the lack of knowledge about water that is prevalent in San Diego.
How it works
Our group made a website for this event. It works on desktop, or mobile. It contains information about our team, some water facts, and our water use quiz. When you click a button to advance through the quiz, JavaScript keeps track of your score. After the final question, JavaScript looks at the score you got, and sends you to the corresponding results page.
Challenges I ran into
The biggest challenge our group ran into was using JavaScript for the first time ever on this project.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Using JavaScript for the first time, making the website in a day, and working in a big group successfully were some of the things we were the most proud of.
What I learned
Our group learned a very large assortment of things in doing this project. Some of us coded with JavaScript for the first time, some used weebly for the first time, some researched water facts that they didn't know, and etc.
