What's next for H/R Native — Governed Agent Runtime
H/R Native started from a problem I kept encountering while building increasingly autonomous systems. An AI agent can be given permission to use a tool, but that does not necessarily mean every action it takes with that tool is authorized. Logs can tell us what happened after execution. Permissions can tell us what a system was technically allowed to access. Neither necessarily tells us whether a specific consequential transition should have happened, what changed because of it, or whether the system can safely recover. After seeing the same pattern appear across different projects, I stopped treating these failures as isolated bugs. They looked like an architectural problem. That led to DDC, a transition-governance methodology, and eventually to H/R Native: a governed runtime designed for humans and autonomous agents working in the same operational environment.
