🏛️ Inspiration: Rebuilding Strength

Every gram of fuel matters. Rebuilding a life after the Hatay earthquake taught me that precise architecture is the only path to recovery—whether it's a city or a human body. As a certified dietician, I didn't want to build just another passive calorie tracker. I wanted to build a "Performance Architect" that enforces discipline with clinical precision. This app is the first brick in my family's new home.

🎯 What it does GymMeals moves beyond simple image classification to Multimodal Nutritional Reasoning.

Anabolic Scoring (1-10): A surgical analysis of a meal’s impact on muscle protein synthesis, evaluating bioavailability and leucine thresholds.

The Fix: Gemini 3.0 provides instant clinical "hacks" to optimize metabolic response (e.g., adding specific fats to blunt insulin spikes).

Iron Dome Protocol: A high-security, local-first architecture ensuring that personal health data remains private and ephemeral.

⚙️ How we built it (Vibe Coding) GymMeals was built in 15 days using a "Vibe Coding" methodology. I provided the clinical nutritional logic, and the Gemini 3.0 engine handled the technical execution.

Engine: Google Gemini 3.0 Flash & Pro via Google AI Studio. Architecture: React Native (Expo) managed through a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Development Tools: Built using Google Antigravity for rapid agentic execution.

🚀 Challenges we overcame The primary challenge was maintaining a Surgical Whitelist of features while using zero-code tools. Ensuring the AI strictly followed clinical dietician logic rather than generic advice required advanced prompt engineering and "Performance Audit" loops.

🏆 Accomplishments that we're proud of We successfully integrated Deep Visual Reasoning. The app doesn't just "see" food; it understands context. It knows if a high-glycemic meal is an "Optimal Fuel" (Post-Workout) or a "Metabolic Risk" (Rest Day) and adapts its verdict accordingly.

🔮 What's next for GymMeals GymMeals is the foundation of a "Clinical Coach" ecosystem. Future iterations will focus on real-time physiological data integration (CGM) and advanced therapeutic nutritional reasoning to achieve total metabolic mastery.
