Inspiration
All of our team members go to the gym on a regular basis, and we've often struggled with keeping track of our progress. Although we have consistent workout routines, we haven't been able to find any good way to track how we improve over time.
What it does
Users can create workout templates (ex. "Leg day", "Pull day", "Push day") to keep track of different types of workouts they do. Users can then use those templates every time they work out by adding sessions, and then see how they improve over time.
How we built it
We built it using Python and Flask. Our front-end is a combination of Jinja2 templating and bootstrap. Our database is an embedded SQLite database with SQLAlchemy as the ORM we used to

What's next for Gym-Me
We'd like to improve the visualizations and analytics capabilities of Gym-Me, allowing users to view their progression over time better in all of the aspects of their health and workouts.
