Gym Dungeon

Inspiration

As a programmer i was not really motivated to do sports. Furthermore when i bought gym subscribtion, i did not know what to do there. All this equipment was unfamilliar to me. So i chatGPT what should i do there, and then the idea of this app. Gamification came up, as beeting orcs, or invading Isengard is far more interesting than just lifting weights.

What it does

You set your fitness goal, the AI does the rest. Ask you for your preferences and creates more engaging experience.

How we built it

Pure codex agentic development loop, hosting on Vercel and Supabase

Challenges we ran into

Structural output and making it fun. As the big part of the app is in entertainment, this shall work the best

This app works, and i use it on daily basis, looks solid and fun to use

How to use codex in development pipeline autonomously, and that ai can fit into sports and entrtainment

What's next for Gym Dungeon

Need to make paid subscribtion, native android / ios app and improve flexibility
