Inspiration : To be determined for a task and do whatever you can for the thing you've planned to do.
What it does: The app basically responds an emergency medical situation and sends the user's co-ordinates to the nearest of his relatives. The future plannings are to add an ambulance pickup and user's medical history features.
How we built it: We built it using the Android.
Challenges we ran into: The challenges that we faced were the facts and figures regarding the people's response. moreover the prevention of misuse is one of our main goals.
Accomplishments that we're proud of: we have provided a basic framework and structure. We have planned all the challenges and the timeline as well. Some of the challenges like survey of people about the idea have been successfully accomplished.
What we learned: It's a great experience to be a part of such project of which main goal is to serve humanity. The main learning was about the challenges and how to overcome it.
What's next for GUSTAV: Everything ahead has been planned. Some important opinion taking surveys have been planned which were unable to be accomplished in the 34 hour duration.
