Inspiration The "Wise Choose" game was inspired by the need for a fun, competitive multiplayer experience that tests players' decision-making skills. The idea came from various puzzle-solving games where players must make choices and outsmart each other. It’s a blend of strategic thinking and interactive gameplay.

What it does The game involves multiple players guessing numbers, and the average of all guesses is calculated. The closest guess wins the round and earns points, while all other players lose points. The game continues until only one player remains, with players being eliminated when their score reaches -5. The process is animated for added excitement.

How we built it We built "Wise Choose" using Python and the Pygame library. The game includes real-time multiplayer functionality, dynamic animations, sound effects, and score tracking. Players submit their guesses, and the game calculates the average, displaying results with visual effects and sounds. The scoring system keeps the game competitive.

Challenges we ran into One challenge was managing real-time input from multiple players while ensuring the game flow remained smooth. Implementing animations and balancing the game mechanics also took time to refine, especially the player elimination system.

Accomplishments that we're proud of We’re proud of the interactive animations and how the scoring and elimination mechanics work smoothly. The multiplayer gameplay adds a fun competitive edge, and the sound and visuals create a more immersive experience.

What we learned We learned how to effectively handle user input, create smooth animations in Pygame, and balance a multiplayer game. Additionally, working with sound and visual effects in a game environment taught us how to enhance player engagement.

What's next for Wise Choose We plan to add more game modes, improve the user interface, and include additional features like power-ups or new game mechanics. Enhancing multiplayer features and optimizing the game for different platforms are also on the roadmap.
