Inspiration:

Vulnerable children rarely know how to explicitly ask for help. GuardianSphere was built to proactively identify hidden distress signals and intercept dangers before they escalate. Imagine a student whose grades suddenly start dropping. Teachers think it's just poor performance, parents assume it's a phase, while the real issue could be emotional stress, cyberbullying, or uncertainty about the future. By the time someone notices, it may already be too late. This inspired us to build Guardian Sphere an AI powered platform that helps parents, teachers, and counselors detect early warning signs, provide timely support, and guide every student toward a safer, healthier, and brighter future.

What it does:

GuardianSphere uses UiPath Agentic Automation to detect wellness, safety, and career concerns, create Maestro Cases, generate AI powered evaluation reports, provide personalized career guidance, and automatically share insights with parents, teachers, and counselors.

How we built it:

We built the solution using UiPath Maestro Case Management, Agent Builder, Coded Agents, Studio Web, Data Fabric, Integration Services, and RPA Workflows, with Streamlit (Python) as the frontend and FastAPI connecting the application with UiPath services. Reports are generated automatically and shared via email.

Challenges we ran into:

1. Integrating Streamlit with UiPath Data Fabric through FastAPI.
2. Managing multiple case types (Wellness, Safety, Career).
3. Building end-to-end AI agent workflows.
4. Automating report generation and email delivery securely.

Accomplishments that we're proud of:

1. Built an end-to-end Agentic AI solution using the UiPath platform.
2. Successfully implemented Wellness, Safety, and Career Maestro Cases.
3. Automated case management, report generation, and email notifications.
4. Created a scalable solution for schools, parents, and counselors.

What we learned:

We gained hands-on experience with UiPath Agentic Automation, Maestro Case Management, AI Agents, Data Fabric, and integrating Python applications with enterprise automation workflows.

What's next for GuardianSphere:

We plan to add a mobile app, multilingual support, predictive analytics, voice-enabled AI, LMS integration, scholarship recommendations, and additional AI agents to provide even more personalized student support.
