Inspiration
PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO DEMO its my first Hackathon As an underrepresented minority who is also a high school dropout. I was told I wouldn't make it in Computer Science. I'm now a senior majoring in Computer Science. Sometimes you can feel lonely, alone or sometimes feeling down. Everyone needs someone or even just words of inspiration.
What it does
This app will be like your Guardian when you need those times of motivation. It will display motivational quotes for you, Show you motivational tweets & also provide for you a chat to talk to someone!

I built it using Swift & Xcode
Challenges I ran into
Navigating my first Hackathon! Having other work and assignments during the hackathon. Starting with a team and ending up working alone on a project. Getting the twitter API to only show tweets from certain hashtags.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Having a minimal viable product also completing my first hackathon!
What I learned
Always have an idea in your back pocket! Sometimes the simplest things can have the biggest impact
What's next for Guardian
Being top 3 of this Hackathon and winning first time hacker award!
