Inspiration

We were inspired by our own childhoods and the positive experiences we had playing with pinball machines.

What it does

You're able to pinball on our cardboard invention through the mechanics that we recreated. It doesn't use any electricity to play a full game.

How we built it

We laser cut the proper shapes and designs into the machine and put it together through a hot glue gun.

Challenges we ran into

We certainly had troubles depicting tech tower requiring multiple experiments to get the image to appear.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of being able to create a full pinball machine through pure cardboard.

What we learned

We learned a lot about lasercutting using different mechanical techniques to get the whole system working

What's next for GT Cardboard Pinball Machine

We hope to be able add more obstacles and designs. We'd most certainly put more intricate details if we had more time, but we are very ecstatic to accomplish what we did in 5 hours.
