Inspiration

Our inspirations were within local trending pages in social media, such as within TikTok and Twitch.

What it does

Gryft is an AI-powered platform that identifies emerging patterns in real-time, giving you the jumpstart for current trends before it hits the mainstream across social media.

How we built it

We built it using local React integrations, as well as through the incorporation of many different social media API implementations to identify local trends.

Challenges we ran into

Some challenges we ran into were topics running into eachother and imrpoper front-end implementations within sizing and organization.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of creating an online service that users can interact and identify local trends without the need towards scrolling across different platforms to identify local news.

What we learned

We've learned that sometimes the most simplest issues can contain the most vivid solutions.

What's next for Gryft

We're planning on incorporating a larger dataset model to allow for many more different websites to be implemeted, which would in turn allow for less bias and more accurate representations of trends. By accomplshing this, users will have a more enjoyable experience seeing global events in a more simple manner across many news staions and social media platforms.
