Grub Buddies

Inspiration

Usually, I go out with my friends, but in those rare occasions when I end up at a Starbucks all alone, I wish I could have a casual chat with someone while I sip my coffee. I look over my table to see a cute girl or a lonely elder sipping their coffee, all by themselves. In many such scenarios, my first thought would be to think of what they could be thinking about based on their facial expressions. Wouldn't it be nice to talk with them instead? This made me think of developing an app that would enable to reduce people's loneliness.
