Inspiration

We got inspired after thinking about underprivileged kids and how they don't get an equal chance to rise to the top. Our app is the solution to that problem where they can grow academically, mentally, and personally.

What it does

Our app helps people create different quizzes and flashcards to learn about specific subjects, such as math or life skills. We made it as easy as we could so that anyone can access and use it without any help.

How we built it

We used React JS and CSS for the frontend and Firebase and Python for the backend. We also used ChatGPT to help people learn about the subjects.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into a problem with time management. We learned how to manage better and next time we will focus on that.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're all proud of how quickly we have accomplished this project, we all believe the cause is really good and we want to work on it to make it more impactful for the community.

We learned how to manage our time and divide work equally.

What's next for GrowX

GrowX is going to try to go public by making more functionality, making it easier to use, and make it look better. We want to try to make it more advanced so we can launch it. We're thinking to contact local newspapers and popular articles around the Bay Area to spread awareness.
