GROWTOGETHER is a social franchise that helps local governments to organize and run urban farms and a shared gardening platform
which will then enable locals to escape the digital space and get out of their flats; to enjoy some physical work in the fresh air and re-experience achievement and success;to have an additional income source or save some costs by getting fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits; to support their city to be more self-sustaining in their food supply; to re-activate economic activity by selling some of the harvest; to engage with the local community; to reduce food waste and contribute to circular economy; and to learn (or teach) hand-crafts and creative skills to other people.
