Inspiration

The Growbis seed was grown from a very personal space. I witnessed my father bootstrapping a business out of virtually nothing—no capital, connections, or official support. In two decades, he made that zero-investment fantasy a reality for our family, earning close to ₹7 lakhs annually.

But what I also saw was the frustration in the background—managing broken tools, managing paperwork, managing accounts by hand, recruiting without systems, and finding it tough to access timely advice or finance. I understood that this is not his story alone—it's the reality for millions of small and growing businesses, not just in India but across the globe.

That experience was my mission:

To create a single, AI-driven platform that enables entrepreneurs—regardless of origin—to have the tools, insight, and access necessary to grow faster, smarter, and stronger. Growbis was designed to close the gap between dreams and opportunity—to democratize business success for all founders, regardless of whether they're based in a small town or a world city. It's not just a product. It’s a promise to make growth easier—for everyone.

What it does

GrowBis is a sophisticated, AI-powered business management platform built to serve the diverse needs of businesses, investors, and service providers through a unified digital ecosystem. It empowers business users with a comprehensive suite of tools to manage their operations, including dashboards for financial and operational insights, inventory and billing systems with invoice generation, human resources management with attendance tracking, employee performance analysis, and project management tools with Gantt chart visualizations. The platform integrates cutting-edge AI models to assist with tasks such as market analysis, pitch deck creation, funding scripts, business strategy generation, and interactive chatbot support for business queries. Users can also generate documents, track government and private schemes, analyze market trends, and even navigate the platform using voice commands. For financial oversight, GrowBis includes modules for tax and GST filing, IPO tracking, and cap table management. It also offers a marketplace for legal, CA, and insurance service providers, allowing businesses to manage and discover professional partners. Dedicated portals for investors and service providers enable them to manage profiles and communicate directly with businesses via an integrated messaging system. With secure authentication mechanisms and a robust PostgreSQL backend, GrowBis stands as a dynamic digital co-founder, helping businesses streamline operations, make data-driven decisions, and build meaningful connections in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

How we built it

I build it using various tools and technologies and databases with continuous testing , training and deployments of features one after another.

Challenges we ran into

The financial challenge is one of the biggest challenge as it is build completely free the resource management was very difficult especially during its deployment.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of fulfilling one of my dream project which have capability to bring change in traditional difficult way of business, I am proud of solving a real world issue with a product with great possibility for future.

What we learned

I learned many things like market , business and different fields key words and their ground level researches making it more interesting to work on it also I learned new tricks for data management and efficient coding.
