Inspiration
Since, I've grown up in a decently rural area in India, I've spent a lot of time talking to farmers and understand their issue of a lack of proper data to grow crops, communicate and sell crops, extra fertilizers.
What it does
Helps farmers Identify the crop to grow, the disease, chat with other farmers, sell goods, trade goods and even buy goods all logged.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
91% disease prediction accuracy using the AI model. The API's that we got access to all working together creating a chain flow helping farmers decide what crop to grow.
What we learned
This project involved sql, which although not new to me, creating multiple databases and creating cross queries was. This project helped me learn better ways of creating a SQL DB and training better AI models.
What's next for Grow-Plantopedia
To add payment structure, official mobile app to launch within in the next few weeks and train more AI models for the different crop strutcure to ID the disease.
