The cycles of recessions are happening more quicker than before. Startups and banks are failing at larger rate when compared to what it was earlier.
What it does
Reduce unemployment and improve financial stability. Promote economic growth by meeting market demands efficiently. Increase sales for small-scale businesses. Provide guidance for business management. Offer access to experts and industry knowledge to refine organic product ideas. Provide unique brand identifiers to encourage customer exploration of organic products. Implement a quality assurance system for certified and lab-tested organic products. Encourage sustainable practices and eco-friendly production methods among small-scale producers. Ensure profit margins are not reduced by intermediaries.
How we built it
Steps involved : Advertisements: The process begins with advertisements aimed at attracting unemployed individuals. Attracting Unemployed Individuals: The advertisements draw the attention of unemployed people who are then encouraged to approach GroveGood. Producers: These individuals become producers, starting their journey by creating their own brands with the help of GroveGood Expert Session: Producers attend expert sessions to gain valuable knowledge and insights about how to create their own products through effective manner. Frequent Q&A Sessions with Producers: There are frequent Q&A sessions with producers to gather feedback and address any concerns. Developing Their Own Product: Based on the feedback and insights from the Q&A sessions, producers work on developing their own products further. Product Certification & Branding: producers' products undergo certification approval process where the product will be evaluated and be tested whether its organic if so it will be certified. Connection to Farmers: GroveGood connects the producers with farmers to obtain raw materials. The farmers will be selected based on their organic agricultural practices. Updating Product in GroveGood portal : Producers can update their products in the GroveGood system with the raw materials used and process involved along with the certification. so that the user can trust the product quality. Pre-ordering of Products by Customers: Customers pre-order these updated products. Delivery to Customers: The pre-ordered products are then delivered to the customers.
Challenges we ran into
Finding out the organic farms and its practices. Making the unemployed to trust and use this portal for creating and selling the product. Finding the correct resource person to train the people. To maintain the proper profit margin for the producer and also to maintain customer satisfaction
