I've always been on the lookout for new platforms for discovering food as most of the big players (yelp, google) have stagnated.

What it does

Helps people find others who have similar taste preferences so they can build a network of trusted food advisors.

How we built it

On Rails, mostly using Claude.

Challenges we ran into

Getting consistent, well formatted data around the restaurants from LLMs.
