Inspiration
Make it easier for people to select clothes by having AI recommend some to them. Our product allows users also get to virtually try on the clothes that would fit to their body shapes so they would get a much more immersive experience even though they are not physically there to try out clothes. Saves selection time for the users when it comes to choosing clothes.
How we built it
Using CNN in our trained model and given dataset to help identify and classify clothes. The aspect of computer vision to help recognise the user is thought of as well. Lastly, deep learning by the AI to create recommendations based on user preference and clothing available.
Challenges we ran into
Extremely difficult to translate our ideas and thoughts into python code that works.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Working together to think of different product ideas and how we would make our code run. We did our best to use what we learnt and try and apply them even though there were times where the code had errors.
