Inspiration
In the past few years, Chinese companies have put a lot of investment in Indonesia by opening companies and factories as part of an effort to boost both the Indonesia and China’s economy development. When Chinese companies started their investment in Indonesia usually there is a language barrier between the Indonesian and Chinese counterparts as both parties doesn’t understand the other counterpart’s language and both parties have limited English speaking abilities which makes Chinese investor having difficulties when handling various matters, they needed to do for example legal matters in the notary for licenses and permits. Our start-up idea is to open a consultation company that will be based both in Haining, China and Jakarta, Indonesia with a possibility to open branch office in various major cities in China and Indonesia.
What it does
The Consultation company will provide various services that will be beneficial for the Chinese investors such as for example translator service, notary service as well as providing local expert services that will be helpful for Chinese investors and companies. The company will guide the investors from the start of their journey until they can handle their business on their own. The company can also provide visits for Chinese investors that want to visit Indonesia for surveys as well as visits before beginning their investment in Indonesia. The founding members believe that this consultation start-up will be beneficial, useful and valuable to all parties involved in the mist of the massive investment from China to Indonesia.
